- Payment information: billing details, subscription status, and transaction history (processed securely through Stripe)
- Communication data: messages between you and guests via our unified inbox, OTA message synchronization
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, feature usage analytics, and API access logs
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide property management services including calendar sync, unified inbox, and smart pricing
- Track and manage reservations across multiple OTA channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Process subscription payments and service marketplace transactions
- Send important updates about your properties, compliance alerts, and platform notifications
- Generate compliance reports, 180-day limit tracking, and government reporting documentation
